FAQs: Solving the Puzzle
Help! I’m missing a puzzle piece!
Very occasionally a puzzle will lose a piece in the manufacturing process. If within 30 days of purchase you find yourself one piece short, first search around... in your pockets, in your children’s pockets; under the table; near the dog’s food bowl… in any crazy it-would-never-be-there place you can think of. If you still can’t find the puzzle piece, contact us with product information including puzzle name, item number, and proof of purchase and we will replace the puzzle.
Where are the puzzles made?
Dashing Dan Puzzles are made completely in the USA. Puzzles and boxes are printed and manufactured in the Midwest. All concept and design work and sales happen at our headquarters in Massachusetts.
Are the puzzles historically accurate?
We carefully research all puzzle topics for historical and factual accuracy. Each puzzle tells a story, which is summarized on the box. Bonus: It’s handy trivia at parties!
New England's coastal history and culture offer endless stories to tell. Interesting and curious events and people shaped this part of our country – we are proud to tell their stories.
Is the art original?
Yes. We work with talented illustrators, painters, photographers, and designers to ensure unique and creative images on every puzzle. To get to know our artists, check out our blog page, for occasional artist profiles.
